The Orderlines page gives you an overview of all your orderlines, whether you are a brand/retailer or a contractual partner.

Contractual partner:

All orderlines for which you have created the supply chains are listed on this page:

  1. Pending: All newly uploaded orderlines are listed here. They are grouped per product group. You can click on Create orderlines and fill in the supply chain data (how to create orderlines).

  2. Verification in progress: After you have created the supply chains for the orderlines, the orderlines move to the verification in progress tab. There you can track the progress of the orderline.

All supply chain partners are now able to upload order evidence (a packing list or delivery note). Once they have uploaded the evidence, the step in the supply chain turns dark grey with a clock icon. Once the next supplier in the supply chain has verified the uploaded data, the step becomes blue with a check sign.

In the picture below, the steps weaving, dyeing, and washing have uploaded evidence. Only the evidence of spinning is verified by the next step in the chain. You can see this because the steps are blue with a check sign and, beneath the supply chain, you can see information on who uploaded the evidence, when it was uploaded and that it was verified by the next supplier.

For the steps of confectioning, transport, and warehousing, the supplier has not uploaded evidence yet: these steps are light grey. The suppliers need to upload evidence.

  3. Completed: All orderlines for which order evidence is uploaded (for each step) or orderlines that are published (with a QR code) by the client (brand) are listed here.

You are able to search for an orderline or filter on ETD, brand, and product group.
