Here's a summary of each page within the tex.tracer platform, helping you to understand each of them.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an overview of your account, including your pending actions. Read more about the dashboard here.

Orderlines

On the orderlines page, you can view your orderlines and their supply chain information. Track the status of your orderlines. For a detailed explanation on the orderlines page, click here.

Evidence

On the evidence page, you are able to upload order evidence yourself, view, approve or reject the evidence uploaded by your partners. Read more about it here.

Compliance

From the compliance page, you can manage various compliance tasks such as sending and receiving compliance documents and gathering your suppliers' certificates. Read more about it here.

ESG

On the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) page, all supply chain partners can fill in the relevant sections including topics of social and environmental data based on the facility level. Social data topics include audits, health and safety, working conditions, and equality in the workplace while environmental data covers areas like energy and water use, waste management, and carbon emissions. You can update your responses anytime as new information becomes available. We encourage you to fill out this data annually to stay compliant and ahead in the industry. Read more about it here.

Footprint

On the footprint page, you can see the list of orderlines that your client requested footprint for and provide the footprint data for each process of the supply chain. Read more about it here.

My account

On the My Account page, you can view your details and company details.

Certain account information can be modified, please note that some details, such as the business registration number and admin's email address, are locked and cannot be altered by users. If you would like to change them, please contact the support team at [email protected]

As an admin user, you can invite your colleagues to collaborate on the tex.tracer platform.
