Here is a breakdown of each error message that may appear when you are using the tex.tracer and what you can do to solve it!

  1. Oops…wrong URL:
    You have used the wrong URL to sign in. Please go to dashboard.tex-tracer.com to sign in to your account.

  2. Cannot save account due to technical difficulties:

    Please make sure that the email address on the My details tab and of the main company contact person is the same email address you have received the invitation on. If the issue persists, contact the tex.tracer support team.

  3. Failed to fetch the document:

    It may be the loading of the platform took too long due to an unstable/slow internet connection. Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact tex.tracer support.

  4. Failed to fetch sustainability or social certificates:

    It may be the loading of the platform took too long due to an unstable/slow internet connection. Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact tex.tracer support.

  5. Failed to fetch orderline steps:

    It may be the loading of the platform took too long due to an unstable/slow internet connection. Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact tex.tracer support.

  6. Failed to fetch user permissions:

    It may be the loading of the platform took too long due to an unstable/slow internet connection. Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact tex.tracer support.

  7. The "Create" button under pending orderlines is not visible:

    Check and update your web browser to the latest version, read more about updating your web browser in our article.
    Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

  8. The "Create" button is disabled in the Create supply chain pop-up:

    The supply chain can only be confirmed if all steps are assigned to a supply chain partner. Make sure that all the steps in the supply chain are filled in and have a green dot.
