As a contractual partner, you are able to invite new supply chain partners on the partners page, by creating a supply chain, or editing a supply chain.
Invite a partner on the Partners page
Go to the Partners page
Click on Invite new
It might be that your partner is already in the tex.tracer database. Start typing in the Company name or Company registration number in the field, and the search for your partner in the tex.tracer database will start.
If your partner is already in the database, select your partner from the list. Their basic information will be prefilled. Fill in the remaining empty fields.
To invite a supply chain partner that is not yet in the tex.tracer database, the following information is required:
Company name: the company name of the supply chain partner.
Company registration number: this is the number the supply chain partner has received when they have registered their company to do business. The chamber of commerce number, or license number.
Production country, state and city: the production country, state and city where the supply chain partner is located. If they have multiple facilities, use the main or head office/location.
First name: the first name of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Last name: the last name of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Contact email: the email address of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Invite a partner by creating a supply chain
Go to their Orderlines page and do the following:
Orderlines are grouped by client and product group for bulk customisation. You can select all the orderlines by ticking the top box. Click on the Create button to start creating the supply chain.
Next, you'll see an overview of the available supply chain steps. Click on the desired step, the Select partner modal will open. Click on the Invite new button.
It might be that your partner is already in the tex.tracer database. Start typing in the Company name or Company registration number in the field, and the search for your partner in the tex.tracer database will start.

To invite a supply chain partner that is not yet in the tex.tracer database, the following information is required:
Company name: the company name of the supply chain partner.
Company registration number: this is the number the supply chain partner has received when they have registered their company to do business. The chamber of commerce number, or license number.
Production country, state and city: the production country, state and city where the supply chain partner is located. If they have multiple facilities, use the main or head office/location.
First name: the first name of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Last name: the last name of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Contact email: the email address of the contact person of the supply chain partner.
Additionally, you can add a reference number to help the supply chain partner identify the linked order or product. Simply select the partner and enter the order number in the designated box.
