In tex.tracer you are able to share the profiles of the partners you are working with before you receive orderlines. This helps your clients with an advance screening so you can save time in the production process.
Please note that, as soon as a partner is linked to a client's orderline, the partner profile is automatically shared with the client, regardless of your sharing settings.
How to share
If you would like to share your partner with your client. You can do so on the Partner tab by following these instructions:
Navigate to the Partner page
Go to Sharing settings tab
Click the client you wish to share your partners with to open the settings
Choose the partners you wish to share
Click 'Save'
How to update your settings
If you will no longer be working with a partner for a certain client, you can change the settings at anytime by following these instructions:
Navigate to the Partner page
Go to Sharing settings tab
Click the client you wish to change the settings for
Deselect the partners you no longer want to share
Click 'Save'
