In tex.tracer, the Evidence page provides an overview where you can manage all order evidence for orderlines. Once the orderlines are assigned to you, you are requested to upload order evidence to prove that you have worked on this specific product. That could be a packing list or a delivery note once the products are being shipped.
Upload evidence
Under the Upload evidence tab, all orders that you need to upload order evidence for, will be displayed. Orders are grouped by the client, type of process, and delivery partner. Click on Upload to provide order evidence.
If the order evidence you have uploaded was rejected, you will see them under Resubmit evidence. Click on Resubmit to provide order evidence.
Approve/reject evidence
If you are receiving goods from your partner, once they upload order evidence, you are asked to approve or reject their document uploaded. Under the Approve/reject evidence tab, click on View to review the information and approve if it is correct.
Archive
Under the Archive tab, you will find all order evidence uploaded by you. You can view these documents.
