If you regularly provide the same kinds of documents (say, a certificate or a signed declaration), the Library lets you set these up once and reuse them, instead of describing them from scratch every time.
Setting up a document type
Go to the Library page from your main menu.
Open the "Documents" tab and choose to create a new document type.
Give it a clear name and, if it helps, attach a template so anyone using it knows exactly what's expected.
Save it.
Once it's created, this document type is available whenever you or your client set up a new document request, so you don't have to re-explain what's needed each time.
Editing the document name
Once created your document type, you can easily edit the document name by clicking on the Edit icon. After you change the name, you click Confirm.
Keeping your library tidy
When you've created an incorrect document type, you can delete them by clicking on the bin-icon. Document types which are linked to order(s), but you're no longer using for future orders, can be archived (so you can bring them back later). Archived types live in the "Archive" tab, separate from the ones you're actively using.
Finding what you need
The filters on both the Library and Compliance "Documents" tab now let you select multiple options at once, so you can, for example, filter by several statuses or document types in one go instead of switching filters back and forth. Sorting also works the same way across these pages now, using a single dropdown icon in the column header.
