In tex.tracer, the Compliance page provides an overview where you can manage your compliance documents. This includes Code of Conduct, Delivery Manual, Restricted Substances list, certificates, or any document that must be provided to your client.

You can upload your certificates and have an overview of them under the Certificates tab. Certificates are grouped by their type and you can check the certification expiration date. The uploaded certificates are visible to your clients immediately, they are able to view and download them if needed.

Under the tab of Documents received, all documents sent by your clients will be listed. There you can read and sign a document in a few clicks and the client will receive it signed automatically.

All your archived documents are listed under the tab Documents archived.

On the Transaction certificates tab, you can view and track the status of the transaction certificates that are requested by your client. Learn more about it here.
