As a contractual or delegated partner (Tier 1 partner) on tex.tracer, you have access to an additional page that displays the details of all your supply chain partners.
Inviting new partners
To add your supply chain partners, click on the “Invite New” button. You can refer to this article for step-by-step guidance on how to send invitations.
Viewing Partner Details
All your supply chain partners are listed on this page, along with their onboarding status; Onboarded or Pending. If a partner has not yet onboarded, you will also see the date of invitation next to their name.
You can use the search bar at the top to find specific partners or apply filters such as Country, Sector, and Status to refine your view. Additionally, you can sort your partners by Company name, Status, or Last invited date.
Partner Profiles
To view detailed information about a partner, click on the View profile button.
The Profile details tab includes contact information and company details.
Under the Facility section, you can view the partner’s address and any uploaded company images.
The Certificates tab displays all certifications uploaded by your supply chain partners.
The Environmental and Social data tabs contain responses to the corresponding questionnaires filled out by your partners.
Purpose of the Partners page
This page is designed to help you track the progress of your supply chain partners and ensure their onboarding is completed. Once your own account setup is complete, it is important to support your partners in completing theirs to achieve full supply chain transparency.
