A transaction certificate (TC) is a document issued by the certification body that verifies the goods being shipped (or delivered) from one organisation to the next and conforms to a given standard.
When a client requests you to upload a transaction certificate, you will be notified via email. To upload the certificate, follow these steps:
Go to the Actions for today section on your Dashboard.
Click on Manage TC requests next to the Pending TC requests under the Compliance section.
You will be redirected to the Transaction certificates tab on the Compliance page. Here, you can see all TC requests under the Pending TC Requests section.
Click on the Upload document button beside each order line.
Choose the document from your device and preview it by clicking on the Show Preview button.
View the document and the details of the orderline. You can choose to upload a draft or final TC, depending on the client's request. Please note that the document cannot be changed after uploading. Add a reference if required, and then click on the Upload button.
By following these steps, you can ensure that the transaction certificates are properly uploaded.
