Upload your delivery note or packing list using a mobile

Do you want to upload evidence as a digital document? Upload it via desktop. If you have questions about location sharing on your mobile device, please refer to our articles iOS allow sharing or Android allow sharing.

Once you have been assigned to an order(s), you are asked to upload Order evidence. The order evidence can be a delivery note or a packing list, showing you have worked on the specific order(s). If you have a printed document, use your mobile phone to upload order evidence.

To upload order evidence using your mobile phone, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your tex.tracer account using your mobile phone. You can do this by:

    1. Scanning the QR code that pops up when you click Manage Evidence on your dashboard.

    2. Visiting dashboard.tex-tracer.com using your mobile phone. You can log in using the same email address and password.

  2. On the Dashboard, click on the pending action Upload Order Evidence. You will see all orders listed for which evidence is required.

  3. Select the orderline step you want to upload evidence for and click on the Upload Evidence button.

  4. You can choose to upload evidence for multiple orders. Select the order(s) you want to upload evidence for and click on Next.

  5. Click on the camera icon. Your camera will be opened. Take a clear photo of the packing list or the delivery note.

  6. Click on Submit and Confirm to save the evidence.

Note: If applicable, you can include a reference, such as the Purchase Order (PO) number, in the provided note section. Please note that this information will be visible to the client.
