As a supplier, you need to upload company pictures to complete your profile. The company pictures can only be taken when logged in on your mobile phone. Your client will be able to see these pictures. You can find some inspirational pictures below.
Make sure you allow location sharing and enable your camera.
Check articles to help you enable these for Android users and iOS users.
To do this, you will need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to dashboard.tex-tracer.com on your mobile phone. Sign in with your email address and password.
2. On your dashboard, click on the Complete profile button.
3. Scroll down on the Company details tab.
4. Under the addresses section, you can select the facility you want to upload pictures for. Click on the facility
5. Click on Click here to take pictures and your camera will open.
6. Take at least 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures, you can crop the pictures to your desire.
7. Click on the Save button to upload the pictures.
Not happy with your pictures? You can change the pictures by going back to your address on the My Account page, the Company details tab. Click on the address, and simply click on Retake and upload pictures. You can delete a picture by clicking on the X on each picture. You can also move the pictures around by swiping them up/down or left/right.
