You can be invited to the tex.tracer platform by other companies: by brands, retailers, or other supply chain partners. You will need to follow the following steps to set up your tex.tracer account. Please note that you can only create your account from a desktop, laptop, or tablet.
When you are invited, you receive an email from the tex.tracer support email ([email protected]). In the email, you will find a unique and personalised invite link. You can continue by clicking on the invite link.
Get started with tex.tracer: provide your First name and Last name, and create a strong password. Click on confirm to proceed.
My details: check and adjust your name, and telephone number if necessary. Click on next to continue.
Company details: you will need to fill in all mandatory fields, such as adding and confirming your address(es). When these fields are filled in, you can save the account.
Please note that there is further information that you have to add to your tex.tracer account such as a profile text, company photos, and ESG information. It is also important to add these things alongside your certificates.
You can also complete this procedure on your mobile phone.
