How to upload a certificate or audit with AI

tex.tracer has introduced AI-Powered Document Scanning in platform to streamline the process of uploading certificates and audits. This feature uses a combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI-based field extraction. How to upload a certificate or audit with AI

In tex.tracer you can have AI read your certificate or audit and pre-fill certain fields. The fields you can have AI read are:

  • Facility

  • Type of certificate

  • Certification body

  • Certificate number

  • License ID

  • Valid from/valid to

To utilise this feature, you can follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the Compliance page

  2. Click Upload new

  3. Select if the document you wish to upload is an Audit, Certificate, or Membership.

  4. Select the document and click Upload to allow AI to scan the document

  5. Next, you will review the information that was pre-filled and make any changes that are needed. Please note it is important to select the Facility if this has not been automatically selected.

  6. If the information is correct, you can click Confirm!
