On the ESG page, supply chain partners can fill out a self-assessment questionnaire based on social and environmental criteria for each facility. These questionnaires align with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and can assist your clients in preparing for their reporting requirements.
To fill out the questionnaire:
Go to the ESG page and select the social tab.
If you operate multiple facilities, you can complete this questionnaire separately for each Facility. To learn how to add a separate facility, refer to this article.
Once you have selected a facility, you can begin filling out the questionnaire.
