Do you want to upload order evidence via mobile? Refer to this article.

In tex.tracer, you need to upload company pictures and order evidence for the steps assigned to you in the supply chain. These tasks can be done on your mobile phone or via desktop.

To be able to upload order evidence via desktop, you need to allow your location sharing.

Google Chrome location sharing

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Permissions and click Location.

  4. Toggle the setting to allow location access, or set specific permissions for websites by adding them under Allowed to see your location.

When prompted by a website, you can select Allow if you want to share your location with that site.

Microsoft Edge location sharing

  1. Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions.

  3. Scroll down to Location and toggle the setting to allow sites to access your location.

  4. Edge also allows you to add specific sites under Allow to customise access.

Safari location sharing

  1. Open Safari, and from the top menu, click Safari > Preferences.

  2. Go to the Websites tab, then select Location in the sidebar.

  3. Here, you can set permissions for individual websites by choosing Ask or Allow.

Safari will prompt you when a site requests your location if you set it to Ask.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three-line menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to the Permissions section and click Settings next to Location.

  4. Here, you can manage permissions for websites and select Allow or Block for specific sites.

Firefox also prompts you when a website requests your location, allowing you to grant or deny access.

Note: If permissions aren’t working as expected, try clearing the cache or site data for that website.
